Peer Support

Peer support promotes the concepts of consumer participation and allows peers to provide direct support to others in need.

Personal Care

Refers to assistance provided by another person to help with walking, bathing, eating, and other routine daily tasks. It is provided by aides who are not medical professionals but are trained to help with these tasks

Social Support

Assistance available to individuals and groups from within communities which can provide a buffer against adverse life events and living conditions, and can provide a positive resource for enhancing the quality of life.
